Shipping policy

At Stimuli, every order is packed with care and intention from our home studio in India. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details, followed by a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and packed within 2–4 business days of purchase.
• During busy periods, new drops, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Options & Rates

Domestic (India):

• Standard Shipping – Free
  Estimated delivery: 2–10 business days from dispatch (depending on your pincode)
• Express Shipping – ₹250
  Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days from dispatch.

International:

• Flat-Rate Shipping – ₹3000
  Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on your location and local customs.
  All international orders are shipped from India. A tracking link will be shared once dispatched.

Important Notes for International Orders:

• Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
• We’re continuously working to improve our international shipping experience — thank you for your patience and support.

Delivery Notes

• Once an order is dispatched, Stimuli is not liable for delays due to courier issues, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information.
• You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
• In case of a missing parcel or an order marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately.
